Refund policy

• We love our customers and take pride in our professional Direct-to-Garment (DTG) prints and our specially selected, quality textiles. 
• Please read sizing guides and item descriptions, prior to placing your order.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt/delivery. If you receive the wrong item(s), or the item(s) appears defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. 

Though we will do all we can to correct an issue, it is at the discretion of the Upright Mortal, LLC regarding replacement/refund of any ordered item(s). Unfortunately, the Upright Mortal, LLC cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect or inaccurate consumer-entered information or order requests (ie: sizing, colors, fit, custom prints, etc). If an item appears damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEX, etc) for resolution. A delivery confirmation text, email, or voicemail will be provided for local deliveries. the Upright Mortal, LLC is not responsible for damage, theft, or otherwise (including incorrect address/contact information submitted by the customer) for any locally-delivered items, left unattended.
